KIDS Strength & Conditioning 6 week class!

Looking to improve strength this summer? Join the 6 week session: July 22- Augusts 28.

This special program is designed to help your gymnast improve class skills through sport-specific conditioning.

Mondays 11am-12 pm for ages 6-9; Wednesdays 11am-12pm for ages 10 and up.

Each class will focus on SPEED(Vault), STRENGTH(Bars/Rings), POWER(Tumbling), and CORE/BALANCE(Beam).
